Notice of Proposed Policy Adoption

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, this 15th day of July 2024 that the Board of Directors (Board) of the Master Community Association, Inc. (Association) proposes to adopt new or revised policy to comply with State of Colorado law. The Association wants to hear your thoughts so that it can provide you with the best services. Please take some time to review what is proposed.

 The Board will hold a public hearing to discuss this proposed policy and take action on August 21, 2024, at noon in the Administrative Offices of the Association at 8351 Northfield Blvd. Denver, CO 80238. Written public comment on these proposed policies will be accepted by the Association until August 15, 2024. You may also make oral public comments during the hearing on August 21, 2024.

Pursuant to the Association’s Policy and Procedure for Adopting and Amending Policies, Procedures, Rules & Committees, adopted by the Board on January 1, 2006, all Members of the Association are provided thirty (30) days to review all proposed policies and may provide comment to the Association in support or opposition of the proposed policy. All comment is provided to the Board as they determine if the policy should be adopted. Any Member may make public comments regarding the proposed policy in writing. Any comment must be received by the Association by the close of business on August 15, 2024. Comment may be delivered to the Association by US or electronic mail, or by hand.
