Nestled within The Shops at Conservatory Green at 8371 Northfield Blvd, The Cube stands as a dynamic event venue managed by the MCA. Boasting convenient accessibility from both I-70 and 270, The Cube is meticulously crafted to cater to all corners of the community. Our commitment to inclusivity is reflected in our pricing structure, extending favorable rates to individuals, corporations, and non-profit groups. 

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a welcoming 1,500 square foot lobby adorned with lofty ceilings and an open floor plan. The 3,000 square foot event hall, a canvas for limitless creative exploration, invites guests into a realm of endless possibilities. With cutting-edge video projection and surround sound capabilities, The Cube ensures an exceptional audio/video experience for all attendees.

Complementing these features are additional amenities, including a 40’ x 12’ stage, a fully equipped catering-prep space, and elegantly designed bathroom facilities. We envision that the thoughtfully curated design and functionality of The Cube will provide you with the ideal backdrop to craft a truly extraordinary experience for your event. Whether it's a wedding reception, birthday celebration, corporate retreat, or a deluxe game night for family and friends, The Cube is poised to elevate your event to new heights.

Venue Capacities:

  • Banquet Style (with all 60" round tables): Capacity is 160

  • Theater Style (no tables): Capacity is 220

  • Theater Style (with tables): Capacity is 175

  • Cocktail Style (standing room only): Capacity is 275

Rental Fees:

Community Non-Profit/Resident

  • Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM): $200 per hour

  • Friday-Sunday (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM): $250 per hour

  • Friday-Sunday (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM): $300 per hour

Corporate/Non-Resident

  • Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM): $250 per hour

  • Friday-Sunday (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM): $300 per hour

  • Friday-Sunday (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM): $350 per hour

Initial Fees:

  • Mandatory Service Fee: $100

  • Refundable Damage Deposit: $500 

Contingent Fees:

  • Venue Maintenance/Large Modification Fee: $150

  • Linens: $10 ea. Black/Fitted

***A minimum of 2 hours is required for all rentals. Partial hours are not subject to a discount.***

Please be aware that access to the space is strictly limited to the duration of your paid rental time. No early entry or extended use beyond the agreed rental period is permitted without prior approval. To ensure the smooth operation of our venue and fairness to all our clients, any additional time used beyond the contracted period must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in automatic deductions from the deposit without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these terms to help us maintain a seamless scheduling process for all our clients.
